I can design a network in agreed architecture and maintains the network support process. I have developed expertise in hardware and network equipment and a solid idea in maintaining the technical documentation. Technical support to the client and close interaction with them has given me the ability to understands their needs and expectation, which I believe is the most useful aspects for the development of the company. In addition to this, my recent involvement in the CCNA, IITL, MD100 certification will enhance my knowledge and help in the growth of the company.I always enjoy mutually sharing creative ideas but also can work independently and complete the task.
