Key Responsibilities as BDM:generating new client leads at all levels of sales to advance operations and growth influencing and networking with potential clients to create senior-level connections and determine what business needs to be addressed.To establish and preserve reliable, lasting client relationships.Create proposals, follow up on a timely basis, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key contacts and customer stakeholdersEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesForecast and track key business development metrics (e.g., weekly reporting of pipeline development and progress, quarterly sales results, and annual forecasts)Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory and pursue newer markets based on a well-articulated Business PlanAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededUpdate the CRM contacts and opportunities on regular basis.Project Mobilization – Remobilization Oversight on new projects.Strong proven Business Development and Sales Skills8Years+ Experience in the Engineering Services Sector & 2Years+ Experience in IT sector.Software expertise: Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Revit MEP, Revit Architecture, Revit Structures, Rendering (Lumion & 3ds Max), Dynamo, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, Naviswork, Tekla BIMSight, HAP, Dailux.
