Sales And Service Coordinator
- Monitoring the Support ISR & Query management.- Creating new process to maintain database in ONE DRIVE Folders which can access to all Sales team regarding CUSTOMER DATABASE/PO/DISPATCH DETAILS/PAYMENT DETAILS etc..- Coordination between internal departments like DESIGN, FINANCE, PRODUCTION, QUALITY and LOGISTICS teams to ensure processed order/requested Material delivery to customer location in time.- Coordination between Intercompany teams regards RMA- Coordinating all orders in cooperation with the area Sales manager and Coordination with Sales team in terms of QUATATION AND ORDER STATUS, PRICING ISSUES, and PAYMENT FOLLOW UPS.- Regular Interaction with Intercompany collogues regarding pending Order/shipment/RMA/PO and other service-related issues via chat and email. (Handled US/UK based intercompany collogues) - Generating MIS reports like Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports to Management.- Participating in Weekly meetings with Sales Team and Preparing MOM with all correspondences.- Assigning Service tickets to team and resolving customer issues, clearing workflow as per SLA.- Service ticket needs to resolve within the agreed SLA and communicating to customer with necessary information with relevant documents via email.- Using Salesforce management tool to maintain up-to-date customer/Vendor database information Creating or modifying SFDC Enterprise Edition CRM reports as per requests.- Confer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases,Product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.- Preparing Quotes and interacting with application manager regarding Technical specifications.- PREPARING INVOCIES & DELIVERY NOTES along WITH PACKING LIST to Logistic Dept.- Sending Receipt of Orders to customers and confirming the Delivery Schedule.
