Energy engineer with specialization in Existing Building Operation and Maintenance and also in building services like Energy Auditing, Retro-Commissioning, Sustainability development, Green Building Facilitation (IGBC & USGBC), Day Lighting, Shading Analysis and also LEED Reviewer.- Experience involves in, Reviews and Quality Assurance for USGBC projects for the rating system like LEED NC, CI, CS and Full project reviews for IGBC Projects for the rating systems include Green Homes, Factories, NC and CI. - Extensive experience in investigation, evaluate and recommendation of systems commissioned and direct client interaction on energy efficiency measures and cost impact on implementation.- Knowledge on building management system (BMS), experience in point to point BMS test, controllers, and reviewing and suggestion on BMS control logic and operation and staff trainings for better operations and maintenance of systems.- Extensive experience in Green Building audits like Custodial Audit, Indoor Air Quality, & Strom Water Audit etc.Major experience involves in,- Installation and verification –Pumps, Chiller, Boiler, Hot water generator, VRF, DX units, Ducting, Piping, STP, DG and Transformer, LT and HT Panel.- Pre-Functional & Functional Testing –Pumps, Chiller, Boiler, Hot water generators, VRF, DX units, Ro- water Plant, STP- Energy Analysis – Saving calculation for HVAC equipments, lighting.- Power Analysis – High tension Panel, Low tension panel, Transformer and DG sets.- Day lighting Simulation and Fresh air calculation - Project Management – Design review, installation and verification and functional testing.- Knowledge Management – developing & improving systems, document coding procedure

My responsibilities includes Photo-voltaic system design using PVSOL tool, client co ordinations, Business development and marketing. It was quite great experience and lot of new learning during the phase.
