As a key member of UNICERT Conformity LLP, I direct and oversee preparation for both external and internal audits to ensure full compliance, implement necessary changes for L3 audits, and ensure adherence to all global and local procedures. I am accountable for achieving budget targets in revenue and local contributions, exceeding key operational KPIs, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering services that meet customer needs in a cost-effective manner. I manage certification administration, efficient allocation of work to auditors and trainers, monitor certification turnaround times, and forecast resource demand. Additionally, I ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and other required information, increase process efficiency, maintain customer satisfaction, and support the development of the certification business through organic growth and acquisitions while analyzing market potential and developing competitive positioning strategies.

Direct and oversee the preparation for any External and Internal audits to ensure full ICLcompliance. Direct and oversee the implementation of any required changes/corrections/updates to L3 audits to ensure full ICL compliance, Ensure ICL India adheres to all Global and Local Procedures.

I manage a team of professional auditors, communicate sales plans to ensure understanding and ownership of responsibilities, identify and engage potential clients to achieve targeted revenue growth, and translate client needs into sales opportunities. I review company quality system manuals, procedures, and their implementation, prepare and submit tender documents, plan audit schedules, and ensure adequate internal auditors are available. I monitor customer complaints and satisfaction, maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contact, liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure excellent communication for successful handover and execution of new and current business, support marketing and business development teams as appropriate, and track competitor activity.
