About Sandeep Arora

I hold 16 years of experience and majority of it is in Quality and Process Excellence domain, ranging from QFD to process enhancements. Currently, I am employed with Bill Gosling Outsourcing as Senior Manager - Client Success which started as a Quality consulting organization and now it has diversified it's business to BPO, KPO and E-Commerce verticals. My role & responsibilities here revolve around designing frameworks, governance, process compliance, automation and RPA along with ensuring continuous ROI to our clients. I have previously worked with an Edutech firm, NIIT Ltd. where I was part of transitioning 3 projects and setting up quality function for their training administration division (LDO) and want to leverage experience gained during my tenure for successful delivery of responsibilities at your organization.
