As a seasoned professional with a strong foundation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, I bring close to 8 years of invaluable experience in the risk advisory domain, having worked with prestigious firms such as Deloitte and KPMG. This is followed by my current stint in Tata Motors Group for close to 4.5 years. Throughout my consulting career, I've had the privilege of serving a diverse clientele spanning industries including manufacturing, mining, healthcare, and energy, spearheading multifaceted assignments, including internal audit initiatives, business process improvement endeavors, SOP development, and the creation and maintenance of robust control frameworks. I am well-versed in ensuring compliance with Internal Financial Controls and Sarbanes Oxley requirements, a testament to my commitment to upholding the highest standards of governance and risk management.Post my consulting stint, I joined the prestigious Tata Motors Group, starting with working closely in TML and subsidiaries including JLR to comply with Sarbanes and Oxley requirements. Post 3 years of invaluable experience in controls and compliance, I moved to a role in Finance. Currently, I am leveraging my extensive skill set in the Record to Report domain as a Deputy General Manager.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am honored to serve as an honorary member of the Board of Governors of the IIA India Calcutta Chapter for three consecutive years including the current chapter year. Additionally, I have the privilege of contributing as an honorary editor for the magazine of IIA India, Internal Audit Today for 2023-2024.I am deeply passionate about driving organizational excellence, fostering collaborative relationships, and staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in the field.
