Roles:1) Overseeing Finance and Accounts function and reporting directly to the Executive Director, CEO and Group CFO (WPP). 2) Adhering to SOX compliance in all branches, SOX audit by international team of auditors and statutory compliances. 3) Preparing MIS reports and Annual and Quarterly Budgets to provide feedback to top management and WPP on financial performance, viz. variance analysis of profit, costs, margin percentage, etc.4) Executing deliverables as Member of Executive Committee for critical decision making in the organisation.

Roles:1) Negotiating all agreements and contracts. 2) Dealing with the Company’s authorised dealer and RBI for all sanctions and operations of Special Rupee and Foreign Exchange accounts.3) Working with civic authorities i.e. MCD, NDMC, L&DO, etc

Roles:1) Managing final accounts, audit, taxation, financial reporting and budgeting of various Proprietary Concerns, Partnerships, Private Limited Companies, Limited Companies, Schools, Charitable Organisations, Multi-National Corporations, etc.2) Submitting detailed project reports, company law matters for Private Limited and Limited Companies and dealing with taxation and other Government Agencies.
