This is a tools project of BT which provides supports on various HP Tools. Test Tools Team provides technical support on HP Performance center, HP Quality Center and HP QTP.This is an Onsite-Offshore project with team located in Ipswich (UK) and Gurgaon.Responsibilities include but not limited to –• Client engagement by planning, executing, and controlling all phases of the delivery, working closely with TCS and BT project stakeholders.• Site Administration of Quality center 10.00 which includes (workflow implementation, customization, Project Administration)• Administration of HP Performance center version 9.52.• Administration of HP ALM Performance center version 11.00.• Technical support of various scripting/non-scripting issues related to Performance testing version 9.52 and 11.00.• Completely handled the migration of performance center from version 9.2 to 11.00.• HP QTP Technical support.• Proactively communicating client requirements and issues to TCS leadership for timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Communicating issues from supplier perspective to customer, protecting TCS business interests.

Responsibilities includes–• Creation and maintenance of the test documentation e.g. Test Cases, Test Plans, Defect Reports, Test Summary Reports.• End to End Test Execution.• Defects finding.• Supervision and execution of Regression and Integration testing.• Test Team mentoring and training.• Effort estimation and resource allocation.• Ensuring deliveries are completed on time, within budget and with high quality.• Highlighting any risk, issues and delays in the delivery to customer.• Technical and Functional inputs to BT management on the key aspects of project planning.
