Project Name : ZENITH B+G+34 High rised residental building Company : KARLE INFRA Pvt Ltd Position held : Site engineer• Executing all construction activities including fit-out works in residential and commercial projects co-ordinating with all MEP services, interior works including aluminium facade, wood work, plumbing, cladding, raised flooring, glazed partation HVAC, and Electrical providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with Site Management.• Executing the quality checking (QC), Aluminium facade work, and attained Finishing work to project handover as per requirements of Technical specifications• Interacting with contractors and try to solve their problems in site related activities. Executing the civil structures in the site as per drawings & as per requirements of Technical specifications. In coming materials regular lab test as per Indian/ASTM standard for all construction materials like cement, soil, steel, water, admixture, etc… Exposure to latest Construction technologies. Supervising all construction activities including fit-out works, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with Site Management. Scheduling and rescheduling activities them w.r.t on site progress. Estimating and planning for procurement activities. Preparing and checking of progress reports and submitting weekly/monthly reports to contractors and clients. Responsible for overall execution of civil work as per the contract condition, specifications and drawings.
