CurrentCurrently working in capacity of Project/Dept. Lead Designer (Principal Designer)/Design supervisor & Project 3D Co-coordinator in GS E & C Mumbai Pvt. ltd. In CAS Dept. from July 2015 to till date. Establish CAD procedures, 3D Modelling Procedures & other design work related procedures & instructions. Prepared deliverable/Drawing list preparation proposal / project. Provide guidelines to Designers regarding development of engineering drawings required for the project & supervise their work. Review of different layouts and GA drawings developed by designer / draftsman for correctness & completeness the purpose it is being issued. Carryout & supervise 3D Modelling work for 3D model review at 30%, 60% & 60%, IFA and IFC stage. Participate in 3D Model review during 30%, 60% & 90% of Engineering. Resolve issues arising during 3D Model of different stages of Engineering. Involve in Department Training /Standardization / Troubleshooting activity under guidance of HOD. Man-hours Estimation / proposal / project work allocation & effectively handling of team / Productivity control by optimum Manpower allocation. Strong communication and organizational skills by using mails, MS-TEAMs. Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability. Coordinating with inter discipline for getting data, resolving any clash issues. Prepared workflow and successfully implemented for Tekla software used in CAS Department in all type of project. Using Tekla\GTT3 software by Staad model(with all conn code) importing into Tekla through GTT3 tools developed by GSK and Tekla model transferred into PDS/SP3D/PDMS in all project of CAS department due to which reduced software cost for PDS/SP3D/PDMS & reduced Man-hours. Perform Clash checking for Fabricator model importing in Current Engineering Model, due to which will get zero site error.
