With 18 years of expertise in revenue generation, strategy, and experiential marketing, I bring deep understanding of the luxury, retail, entertainment, media, and both B2B and B2C sectors. I've had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed brands such as Times of India, High Street Phoenix, JetSynthesys, Wizcraft, Percept, and more.As Head of Global Partnerships & IP at JetSynthesys, I spearheaded the creation of India’s first cricketing esports event, the "Global e-Cricket Premier League," with a valuation of $30 million. In addition to executing this IP, I successfully monetized JetSynthesys' talent vertical, managing high-profile figures like Sachin Tendulkar and Dinesh Karthik.As Head of Events & Luxury at High Street Phoenix, I developed 16 experiential IPs targeting UHNI, luxury, bridge-to-luxury, and mass audiences, with nine of these becoming major successes, driving a 10% annual revenue growth for HSP. Notable events under my leadership included Timeless Classic, Art at Palladium, a gastronomy festival with Marco Pierre White, Luxury Night Out with Condé Nast, House of Bazaar with Harper’s, the H&M inaugural launch, Awestrung musical IP, World Cup screenings with Qatar Airways, and multiple high-profile electronic and automobile launches. Alongside event creation, I generated revenue through selling sponsorships, SOH, and venue spaces for in-house events. During my tenure, I also completed a Luxury Marketing course at the International Fashion Academy (Paris) in 2017.As Head of Events and Sponsorship at TOI Miss India Organization, I successfully executed over 50 global pageants, all EBITDA-positive. I forged a strategic barter partnership with Marriott Bonvoy, significantly reducing event costs. Working closely with the core team, I secured major deals with brands like HUL, PCJ Jeweller, Cinnamon, Johnson & Johnson, and Qatar Tourism, reshaping their market positions. My role also allowed me to collaborate with the advertorial team, deepening my understanding of the media landscape.In my initial 6 years of my career, I worked with Wizcraft and played a key role in creating meaningful experiences across the globe. Working on projects such as Destination Weddings, IIFA Awards, Sunburn, National Games, and Luxury Launches.Over the past 18 years, I’ve navigated a wide spectrum of roles, beginning in events and evolving through brand management, media, revenue generation, and luxury marketing.
