Milestone Accomplishments Added of 14 new universities/autonomous colleges in the last 10 years leading to revenue generation of Rs. 7 Cr every year Cross-selling of other MKCL’s products to existing clients Pioneered the first online application for 11th std. admission for Deputy Directorate of School Edu., Mumbai Edu., Maharashtra in 2010 and later started for Pune division also. I worked as a project coordinator. I have led the business development activities such as participation in the tender process, signing of agreements, customer meetings, and presentations for MKCL products and services to prospective customers such as University Councils, Vice Chancellors, Secretaries, Directors of various government departments, and IAS officers at Secretary and Chief Secretary, Ministers, and Chief Minister. I have designed RFPs for customers and won tenders for MKCL.  Implemented ‘Digital University®’, India’s unique S-a-a-S framework for Student Life Cycle Management which offers direct student facilitation services to 26+ universities, 6000+ colleges, and 20 million+ students every year in Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Haryana. I implemented the Digital University® framework and standardized many processes across all universities such as Unique ‘Course Definition’, Student enrolment processes, pre-examination, and post-examination systems, unified result processing system with standardized ordinances, student facilitation centers etc. Identifying lateral opportunities, established allied business lines viz. Secured Remote Question Paper Delivery, Online Examination System, Financial expectancy, and payment system eliminating leakage and unfair practices. Its impact is seen today as timely recovery of payments. Digital University® is now a separate established line of business in MKCL. I have implemented the digitization of ‘Directorate of Libraries’ project in Maharashtra. All 43 district libraries were connected at a central portal. Served as an internal auditor for ISO 27001 (ISMS), and ISO 9000:2015 QMS implementer. Implemented Agile Scrum Practice in the team and helped other teams to implement. Worked as “Management Representative”. Successfully achieved ISO 9001:2000 Certification from DNV in December 2002 for the manufacturing process industry.  Worked as Coordinator for UNIDO Cluster Program which helped the manufacturing company to move towards World Class Manufacturing. Received a ‘Zero defect Quality Award’ from Sundaram Clayton for 2 consecutive years, while working as Management Representative & Senior Manager
