Project-Product Launch Project Introducing New Product as Scotia XXX Rewards Visa Card, for all the present applications within scotia. This cobranded card will help customers to earn more rewards. Mostly working on Mainframe, COINS application, Capstone, Compass and TSYS ADM. New created credit cards are loaded in Capstone and TSYS as a complete process. Customer data are pulled from Transunion or Equifax. Responsibilities: •Logged the bugs using Quality Centre and sent them to QA Lead for further assigning them to the development team•Created Test Cases based on the Detailed Requirements Specification Document (DRS) and performed UAT, Regression, smoke and end to end testing on various in-house systems such as RIS, Remedy, ADP, Panagon, etc., before the launch of new products or regulatory changes and updates.•Generated defects report, tracked the status of each defects (open, fixed, and new); add new defects, updated the defects, mailed the defects, and analyzed the defects.•Reviewed test plan to ensure that test cases are appropriately translated into required form.•Participated in weekly walkthrough and inspection meetings, to know the status of the testing effort and the project as a whole.•Created Traceability matrix which includes Use Cases, Business Requirements, Test Scenarios and Test Case ids.•Executed test cases manually for each build.Environment: HP-ALM V11, Windows XP, SQL, PL/SQL, MS Office, LOTUS Notes, SOAP UI

Project#1: User Authentication: This project is used to authenticate the workstation which runs customer wireless activations application which is used in retail and corporate stores of Bell. This application is implemented through web RSA security services Project#2: Bell is a secure web application, Tablet and Smartphone application that enables wireless customers to register and access its features to make Call, Video Chat, Text & or to send an Email for free using their Wi-Fi internet connection. Bell allows users to set different call rules such as Do Not Disturb, Ring My Numbers, Forward My Calls, block private & unknown Numbers. It also provides 911 emergency address feature which works for users in case of emergency. Responsibilities: •Reviewed business requirements and functional specifications •Designed and developed test cases based on specifications •Verified and tested GUI and Functional requirements•Performed End-to-End testing to ensure the business objectives are met as per BRD•Tested database consistency developing SQL queries•Retested fixed defects and executed regression tests with QTP and Ranorex•Tracked and reported system defects where output did not matched the expected result with proper priority and severities•Worked with a team to perform testing on Bell's Self-Serve Mobile Application
