Key Responsible Areas: -1. Order Booking: - Ensure to log the customer order on time and to check all terms and condition like Payment Terms, LD, Bill of Material (BOM), Bill of Quantity (BOQ) etc.2. Material Procurement: - Get the Quotation from OEM, Distributor or Vendor and Place Purchase order to them or Sign the Contract as per requirement / Customer PO for Large & Strategic Projects, in North region and Middle East & KSA region. Also ensure to get the material on time and inform to them if any short or wrong shipment.3. Distribution & Logistics Management: - Ensure to dispatch the material first In and first out bases (FIFO) after billing to end location and inform the customers/teams accordingly. 4. Vendor Management: - Ensure to develop, manage and control vendor contract / po, relationship and performance for the efficient delivery of product and services to give 100% output to end customer. 5. Co-ordination: - Co-ordination with Sales Team to ensure the flawless execution of the projects as per time limit agreed and committed keeping in mind the cost and revenue Index.6. Customer Billing: End to end responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly billing numbers of north region.7. Ensure timely execution of orders, deliveries, Submission of claim & revenue realization with proven ability to meet deadline.8. Deal with Sales Tax Consultant, Customs consultant and other Govt. department on issues related to movement of goods with in the states and import.9. Improve trust & collaboration among customer, Vendors, Region, logistics partner, thus improving inventory visibility and improving inventory velocity. Integrate systems and processes to share valuable information, including demand signals, forecasts, inventory, projects, purchase and supply chain Management based on the requirement.10. Act as SPOC for entire vendors’ commercial activities and ensure compliance as per organizational policy.
