Responsibilities: -Working in the recruitment of Analysts, Architects, Developers, PMs, and exceptional IT talents. -Screen and interview qualified candidates -Use internal tracking system to track and measure success -Compile recruitment related tracking and analysis of the results recommending improvements -Communicate selection process to client and Sales Managers -Support the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives, policies, procedures and practices -Develop knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts -Provide recruitment support appropriate to Sales Manager's requirements -Support all aspects of strategic staffing for all levels of the organization externally -Utilize multiple resources including internet, intranet, career fairs, open houses, direct sourcing, networking, educational institutes, and affiliated associations. -Leverage various resources to source qualified diverse candidates Skills: - Initiative, high energy, strong sense of urgency and ability to handle many projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Solid organisational and problem solving skills - Analytic skills
