Have invested 28 years in senior and middle management roles in organisations like HDFC, GE, ICICI, ABN Amro, Tata AIG Life and now with Srei Equipment Finance for the last 9 years. Currently I am the Chief Distribution Officer and manage the Distribution, Marketing, Brand and Corporate Communication functions. Since, in most of my previous roles I had managed businesses, my proficiencies lie in managing the P&L, setting up distribution, re-engineering processes, creating disruptive strategic business opportunities, forecasting, people management etc. I have successfully led businesses in Mortgages, Consumer Finance, Corporate Sales, Life Insurance, Infrastructure Equipment Finance and Rural Finance.To summarise, I believe that my experiential learnings have given me the opportunity to self-groom into managing SBUs independently from a CXO perspective.
