Working with Aegis Global Solutions Job Profile: Conducted voice and accent batches for over 60 people as of now and successfully moved 95% of the new hires to their respective process training. Module included introduction and through practice of sounds, syllable and syllable stress rules, articles and their usage, subject-verb agreement, tenses, parts of speech etc. along with soft skills training on active listening, rate of speech, tone, fillers and foghorns etc. A lot of research and reporting is done in order to improve the language standards within the portfolios as well. Call monitors and feedback session along with similar interventions form the basis of my job profile in the organization. Call calibration with the supervisors from operations and with the call quality team is also critically important to make sure we identify communication gaps on a regular basis. This also helps to identify the TNI and design solutions to the problem.
