J. K. Singhal & Company is a CA firm established in 1976. I am working as a partner responsible for Income Tax Appellate Work and Company Audits work in this firm alongwith Shri J. K. Singhal Sabheb.

Ram Ratna Wires Limited is a RR Kabel Group Company promoted by Shri Rameshwarlalji Kabra & Family of Mumbai. This group is well known for its ethical and cultural values in business operations. I got the opportunity to sit at the Board of Directors of this company under the Chairmanship of Shri Rameshwarlal ji Kabra and with well know, respectable and past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Shri Mukund Chitale and other ld. directors.

I got the opportunity to work for this social cause which made a lots of changes in my approach to life. Inspired by the thought provoking spiritual discourses by His Holiness Swami Shri Govind Dev Giriji Maharaj (Acharya Shri Kishore ji Vyas) I started taking interest in the activities of this trust which runs a Ved Vidhyalaya at Pushkar with the main objective of restoration of Indian Cultural Values. I learnt a lot working in this trust under the guidance of all my senior Co-Trustees, Shri P. S. Kalaniji (Founder, Kalani & Company, Jaipur), Shri Om Prakashji Soni (Noida), Shri Rameshwarlalji Kabra (RR Kabel Group, Mumbai), Shri Jodhrajji Laddha (Kolkatta), Shri Anandji Rathi (Anand Rathi group, Mumbai), Shri Ram Avtarji Jaju (Adarsh Group, Indore), Shri Vineetji Sarraf (FACOR Group, Delhi), Shri Bhanwar Lalji Soni (Shriram Group, Jodhpur), Shri Ashokji Kalani (Jaipur) and Shri Arunji Agrawal (Ram Dassji Agrawal Group, Jaipur).

Started the own firm of Chartered Accountant with a dream to take it to National/International level either by itself or getting it merged with a larger firm. I am presently serving as Tax Consultant for a few companies and also working as representing counsel for Income-tax matters before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, First Appeals and assessments. I have worked for a few companies as corporate consultant to structure the capital and/or debt for the optimization of resources for growth in business.

As a Partner of Kalani & Company I worked as a Tax Consultant for many Large and Mid sized companies including Public Sector Banks, Public Sector Companies, Multinationals, Exporters, Highest Tax Payer companies of the state. I also represented many of the Income Tax Matters before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Income Tax Settlement Commission and the other authorities. I also handled audits of many of Public Sector Undertaking including Central Statutory Audits of Banks, Audit of Insurance Companies and also Multinationals. I also worked as corporate consultant for few corporate houses.
