Sandeep Khot is a passionate entrepreneur based in India. He is the founder of TSW packaging solutions, a complete packaging solution and services company based in Pune, Maharashtra. Coming from humble roots of a village in Maharashtra, he has lived the experience of rising up from humble backgrounds, dreaming big, and working hard to achieve that dream. TSW is his brainchild. His passion for making a difference, led him to establish his own company in 2017. Sandeep Khot holds a Master’s degree from IIP (Indian Institute of Packaging) Mumbai. He has worked with one of the best companies for packaging. In August 2008, he started his career with Signode India, in the field-engineering department, and quickly moved to product development and was promoted to sales profile in 2010. He won 3 Annual Eagle Awards in FY – 2010/2012/2015. Some of his key assignments in Signode included Mimalite Pre-Stretched Oriented film development, Established Shrink packaging in PEPSICO, Cushioning Market Survey, Cushioning Product Development and Channel sales management. The company has grown in leaps and bounds under his fine leadership, in a short time. Today TSW is one of the leading names in the packaging industry with valuable collaborations and initiatives. He plans on reaching out to a wide range of industries, and setting new standards of packaging mainly – smart, reliable, sustainable, and like the motto of TSW - give the consumer ultimate peace of mind!He is a strong advocate of holistic development and growth.
