Within my current role I have responsibility to manage and deliver on various projects and tasks including the Annual Pay Review, Bonus, Gender pay gap reporting, HR transformations focusing on reporting, producing various HR statistics and Insights to senior leadership team, Producing monthly Dashboards focusing on team performance and activity,which is shared with the HR director.In my personal life i like to spend to with family and friends, staying active and keeping my mind stimulated by always learning and trying new things enhance my ability further.
