• Handling IT Requirements on various Levels. based with the clients in the U.S.• Closed key positions with client like ETS,BCBS,JPMC, AAA• Interacting with the HR Manager/ CEO on daily basis and understanding the Client requirements.• Understanding the Job description, identifying and locating the required resource meeting the requirements, using Personal Network / Database and Job Boards.• Experience in using popular Job boards like Dice, Monster,Techfetch, LinkedIn, Personal Database, Mass Mailing and candidate references and other internet based searches.• Mailing requirements to candidates and where by receiving Updated Resume with all information filled in the mail.• Involved in Salary/Rate Negotiations with the employers and Candidates (hourly basis) on C2C (Corp To Corp), W2.• Preparing Excel Report of candidates with all latest details.• Arrange for all stages of phone and In-person interview, and communicate with the consultants and employers.• Gather feedback and de-brief candidates after interviews • Following up with Candidates till they join.• Performed activities involved in US IT recruiting process like Job postings, mass mailing (Maintaining a list of contacts for the same), working on Job Portals , Using internal database, qualifying the candidate, negotiating rates when and as desired, following standard formats for emails, submissions etc., maintaining daily submissions records, weekly performance sheet and a personal resume database.• Extensive experience in building an exceptional database of potential candidates, developing a premise for recruiting quality candidates, saving time and effort.• Interviewing H1B/EAD/GC/US Citizen consultants for various requirements according to the Client request.

• Utilize online job boards like Corp-Corp, Dice, Personal reference, Personal Database, Mass Mailing and candidate references, etc to source out consultant, GC, US citizens, H1-B.• Maintaining resumes database• Constantly calling consultants to check their availability.• Mailing requirements to candidates and where by receiving Updated Resume with all information filled in the mail.• Conducting telephonic interview with candidate to check if he matches with our requirement, Visa status, availability (Notice period), relocation to given location, etc.• Discussing the salary of the candidates and closing the right candidate fit for the requirement from salary point of view (Salary Negotiation). • Negotiating Salary aspect with the Consultant (hourly basis) on W2, 1099 or Corp-Corp.• Follow ups with Team Manager, Account Manager AVP for the feedback of earlier interview schedule and to schedule new interviews of fresh candidates whether telephonic OR In-person. • Making extensive searches and coordinating with the team members to fulfill the requirement.
