 Review of Management and Statutory financial statements of Company and presenting them to Board of Directors (BOD). Review of budgets, forecasts and its variance analysis for presenting them to BOD. Handling all tax matters of Company Dealing with Global Business Partners i.e Orient Exchange, Index Exchange, Bahrain Financing Company, Western Union and RIA Financials.  Coordinate with financial institutions for negotiating interest rates for investment of retirement funds and Company Investments Coordination with Group Internal auditors and ensuring that all exceptions raised by Group auditors are resolved within stipulated time. Coordination with Group External auditors for finalization of consolidation of accounts. Mentoring team regarding assignments, giving them understanding on technical point.  Acting as a trustee for the Staff Provident Fund of the company. Member of Investment Committee, Expenditure Committee and Management Committee of the company Cash and Bank Management and review and maintain fixed asset register Review, and approve disbursement of monthly payroll Responsible for compliance with the applicable law and regulation and policies

 The execution of ICFR Testing of branches all over Pakistan including trade financing branch The execution of ICFR Testing as management level control over Treasury Management Group , Risk Management Group , Investment Banking Group and Asset Recovery Group Performing ICFR on Advances, looking for any provisioning as per local prudential regulations.  Supervise and provide guidance in identification of major business risks and finance risk Liaison with management and communication of relevant matters to persons at appropriate level of responsibility Ensuring timely completion and submission of key deliverables within deadlines Communication of the findings to Senior Management.
