As a manager for the vertical my responsibilities span across business generation, engagement supervision and execution, client relationship development &.

• Checking and allocating expenses like First Parcel, Second Parcel and shifting charges as per Vessel’s SOF based on Charter Party Clause.
• Checking the Port Disbursements as per Official Port Tariffs. Such as Light Dues/Harbor Dues/Towage/Pilotage/other port charges and negotiating with Port Agents for the tariff rate and also negotiating with Agency Fees.
• Allocating World Scale items like NMA/NPA, Pipe line dues, Socotram Tax, Shippers Council Fees and other Rebillable items through Final Disbursements.
• Finalizing the Port Disbursements account as per Principal requirements and allocating Owners expenses (if agreed Principal) like CTM, related charges, Crew Movement charges, Fresh Water, Vessel repairs and Vessel.
• Time Charterers Vessels, checking and allocating Owners separately and communicating Port Agent and arranging Credit for additional items or non-contracted charges.
• In charge of month end process including Booking of Accruals, Reconciliation of Banks and Partners Account, Booking and Reconciliation of Inter Company accounts.
