This shall include raw materials, consumables, spare parts etc.• Leading formal and informal meetings and discussions concerning plant operations.• To be responsible for product production costing and maintain data of all parameters for costing and liaise with marketing team for product pricing.• To develop a system for storage and issuing of raw material, consumables, and spare parts. Minimize the inventory & maintaining the FG stock as per marketing guideline.• Planning process improvements in plant.• Deal with all personal, clearances, recruitment, training, promotion, attendance records, over time records; leave schedules with the view of maintaining the production levels as required.• Liaising with the marketing and design teams regarding the development of new products.
