1) Daily Production planning and control at Factory.2) Supervising shop floor activities at Factory.3) Daily Man power Planning based on flexi production plan & allocation.4) Daily Coordinating with site for their day today requirement and plan for production & Dispatch.5) Preparing Schedule availability for one week looks ahead program and co-coordinating with the site to fill the gap.6) Preparing cutting list in ARMOR Software and giving to production on daily basis.7) Organizing dispatch plan on daily basis.8) Giving advance information to site about off-cut & scrap generation in their BBS and raise frequent request for off-cut consumption.9) Release of machines for Preventive Maintenance as per plan and support maintenance team during Breakdown maintenance.10) Develop housekeeping schedule on daily basis to keep the shop floor neat and clean.11) Planning daily consumable items used for production.12) Planning utility of machines and Hydra Equipment’s.13) Give advance information to site for ordering raw material based on consumption.14) Review monthly reconciliation report and plan for reducing off-cut & scrap.15) Planning spare parts requirements and following with store.16) Localization of Spares for the imported machines to reduce cost.17) Planning cost control activities and maintained under control.18) Planning and control workmen strength on monthly basis.19) Planning off-cut and scrap utilization by combining the same with other sites.20) Creating and Implementing new taught.
