Also execution & monitoring structural works in STG Shed whose expected cost is 08 crores.Job responsibility:- Inspection and review of incoming materials received like cement, TMT steel, structural steel, paint, admixtures & architectural items etc. & send for check testing in approved labs. Surveillance of civil and structural works as per agreed ITP and job procedures. Verification of measurements checked and further processing of RA bills. Raising site queries for clarification/deficiencies observed in AFC drawings and documents then regular follow up for its early resolution to expedite the job. Follow up submission and review of quality documents submitted by contactor like ITP, QAP, job procedures before start of work. Maintaining high quality HSE standards, PPE at site and its regular follow up from contractor, raising maximum no. of near miss, providing feedback to area safety supervisors, participating in tool box meeting.

Construction of GGSR Project (Capacity-9MMTPA), looking after Civil & Structural works in FCC & LPG Treater Unit & ATF-Merox package as an Engineer-Civil (Construction).The estimated project cost of this unit was approx. 150 Crores.Job responsibility: Inspection and review of incoming materials received like cement, TMT steel (for all 07 units) structural steel, gratings, handrail, paint, admixtures etc. and send for check testing. Surveillance of civil and structural works as per agreed ITP and job procedures. Compilation of abstract from all 7 units (M/s. PCEPL & GDCL) & verification of measurements checked and processing of RA bills. Raising site queries for clarification/deficiencies observed in AFC drawings and documents then regular follow up for its early resolution to expedite the job. Follow up submission and review of quality documents submitted by contactor like ITP, QAP, job procedures before start of work. Maintaining high quality HSE standards, PPE at site and its regular follow up from contractor, raising maximum no. of near miss, providing feedback to area safety supervisors, participating in tool box meeting. Coordination with client QA/QC for Divisional audit/Departmental audit and external audits and regular follow up for early closure of NCR, SOQ‘s raised.
