•For leading Europen bank it is for the first time off shoring the testing projects to Capgemini India and as Offshore Project Manager, I was response for the offshore Initiation phase – staffing & hiring the team, Infrastructure setup, Knowledge Transition, processes implementation, Delivery, Communication mechanisms, Operational activities.•SPOC for all BNPPF Testing Projects.•Managing a team size of 25 plus working in different projects.•Up-staffing landed resources for onsite (Belgium) opportunities by taking care from demand analysis till having resource at customer site. Manage complete operation for all the landed resources.•Mobile Infra Set up - Coordinate wifi connectivity set up while liaising with different departments and stake holders. Procurement of smart phone devices, tablets and wifi router.•Close collaboration with the business to gather business requirements responsible for Customer Invoices and Time entries.•Responsible for Capacity Planning (Resourcing) and staffing associates for the projects while coordinating with HR, Staffing and Customer.•Help customer in managing their forecasting, Clarity management, Estimations, Budget, Team Management.•Manage ADRC, COR and PROR for the projects managed.

I have joined as a fresher for the post of Data Analyst for BIS Group and soon been picked up for inhouse project as a Test Analyst from where my testing career got started and it never looked back.
