Project: Endurance – Pickup truck• Analyze business requirements, develop functional and non-functional requirements, and track all the requirements using Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) in Polarion Portal.• Define and perform the DFMEA at system, subsystem, and component level.• Exceptional hands-on experience with project management and troubleshooting tools like Polarion, JIRA, connected vehicle, FOTA portals, and Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANoe).• Lead Systems Integration, electrical, powertrain issues, troubleshoot and defect triaging in JIRA portal to appropriate development or design engineer/team.• Support manufacturing facility during Beta and Prototype vehicle (PV) build launch to optimize the manufacturing process and improve the build quality.• Derive test scenarios, test cases, map the test cases against the requirements, and make sure 100% test coverage is attained.• Execute test cases in different environments like Bench test setup, lab car, vehicle and HIL environment and made sure the test results were uploaded to Polarion portal within the project deadline.

Project: K1.0 – Revero and K2.0 - Revero GT and GTS• Integration and validation of software for 'Karma Revero' plug-in hybrid luxury car. • Support vehicle telematics, remote diagnostic and over the air (OTA) connectivity feature implementation and validation.• In-vehicle testing and validation for complete system level integration.• Lead software release process. Coordinate with module groups for software submission, build software package and push to the fleet and production vehicles. Also build a package for dealership locations.• Debug and root cause software issues by analyzing data captured using CANalyzer and over the air (OTA) logs.• Author and execute automated and manual test cases to validate functionality and safety requirements with respect to the functionality requirement documents (FRDs).• Create, update and close software and hardware issues found during testing and validation through JIRA issue management tool.• Design and develop in-house test benches for component level hardware testing for plant support.• Key resource for successful integration of Karma EREV pickup truck. Team was responsible for concept design, implementation, integration and validation of the electrical systems of the pickup truck.
