• MVM Simulations and Performance analysis.
• Data mining using Matlab for Caterpillar 1200 series engines. Developed a system using MS Excel and MATLAB to automatically fetch the data files from the server and update the current values on a day to day basis.

• Successfully done Cold-start calibration up to -15deg of TML 1.05L (3 CYL) Tiago and achieved the target of 1.5sec with repeatable results and 2.2L SUMO Grande up to -10degC and achieved a target of 2 sec.
• Calibrated the Gear Shift Indicator Strategy for TATA (3Cyl)-Tiago vehicle.
• Optimized the Lift pump current consumption by introducing pulse width modulation and closed loop control.
• Developed a system of Super Capacitive charging and Start stop functionality for display in AUTO EXPO 2014 in New Delhi.
