As an associate at Vedanta Limited - Aluminium Business, I have been involved in various manufacturing operations, team development, process control management, safety training, 5S drive, waste to wealth management, invoicing and dispatching processes. I have contributed to the improvement of quality, efficiency, and productivity of the metal production, as well as the reduction of environmental impact and operational costs. I have also participated in several projects and initiatives that enhanced the performance and innovation of the organization.In addition to my manufacturing role, I have a passion for teaching and educating students in mathematics. I have been working as a lecturer in mathematics at Helium Learning Point since Aug 2021, and as a guest lecturer at Vidyasree Academy Jharsuguda since Jun 2017. I have taught and mentored more than 1000 pupils, using effective teaching methods, student development strategies, and maintaining a positive teacher-student relationship. I have also developed and updated the curriculum and assessment materials to meet the learning objectives and standards.I have a strong educational background, with five degrees in different fields of study. I have completed a master's degree in Mathematics from Acharya Nagarjuna University, a master's degree in personnel management and industrial relations ( PMIR ) from Utkal University, a bachelor's degree in Education from Sambalpur University, and another bachelor's degree in science from Utkal University. Recently completed MBA in three specializations including operation management, logistic & supply chain management and Entrepreneurship Management from National Institute of Business Management, which will further enhance my skills and knowledge in these areas.I have a diverse and versatile skill set, including communication, training and development, supervisory skills, operation management, logistic and supply chain management, mathematics, chemistry, and education. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and collaborate with others. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the society and the environment, through my work in both the manufacturing and the teaching sectors.
