Substantially improved efficiency at many process/stations (up to 2.2 times) which was hidden loss due to unsystematic contractor-ship working in cutting & preparation (printing, embroidery, HF welding, screen marking, fusing etc.), splitting of manpower & machine for starting separate production facilities to doubling department capacity.

Worked in South India in different leather industry clusters (Ambur, Vaniyambadi, Ranipet, Chennai) for sourcing and quality control of finished leather for supply to export footwear manufacturers in north India mainly for Agra. Worked with many tanneries making leathers in sheep, goat, cow, buff in different finishes: cabretta, crust, lining & upper, glaze, burnish, nubuck, full grain, nappa, NDM, PDM, CG, crackle, crazy horse, crunch, patent, twotone, suede, oil pull-up, different prints, embossed, different coatings.Looked after new leather/sample development, providing color/finish/substance/selection-grade approval for leather. Conducting inspection of finished leather lots and ensuring all physical, finish and selection grade parameter control in each supply.

Looked after quality & finishing as per sample in lasting & finishing department. Handling buyer inspections in final packed stuff as and when required. Looking after reworking of defects and rejects, Identifying faults/problems in uppers before feeding in lasting, sorting & arranging reworking if found. Daily basis report making for packed, repair and reject quantity of different styles and controlling defects, rejects at different stages and wrong processing/making of footwear that not matches with approved seal sample.
