Since July’2017, I had been assigned the new role as Head International Business for Farm & Implements Sector. It’s a privilege to be part of Mahindra Globalization journey. The mission of driving Farm Prosperity globally is challenging where we are working to strengthen our brand with on ground presence in key locations. In order to create Mahindra a Total Farm Solution Brand, the product line length has been expanded with inclusion of power brands like Mitsubishi Agri Machinery Japan, Sampo from Finland, Hisarlar & Erkunt Tractors in Turkey. Working with a cross cultural team is challenging, exhilarating & provides enough learning experiences. In my current role, major concentration is to drive business in SE Asia, Middle East, CIS, East Europe, Central & South America. And play the catalyst role & provide support in terms of After Sales, Logistics, and Product & Price etc for “On Ground” presence locations in North America, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, South Asia and Africa.It’s worth mentioning my 13 years with Bajaj Auto Ltd, where I got the opportunity to work in different roles & get the required experience to shape future.
