• • Obtain the Work Permit and Confined Space Certificates from ADCO (prior to job).• Co-ordinate with Plant & Operations Supervisors during the Separator Shutdown.• Arrange the Tools, Equipment, and Shutdown related Materials.• Co-ordinate with Sub-Contractor Team Leader during De-Sludge job.• Supervise the Blasting and Painting Blasting Crew.• Check the DFT, WFT, Surface Profile, Pull-off Test and Holiday Detection during Painting and Blasting Activities.• Prepare the Inspection Documents for Vessel Modification works according to the ITP.• Study and educate the Millwright fitters before equipment installation.• To supervise the Millwright team during Vessel Modification works and Internals Installation.• To supervise the Shutdown Team throughout the job.• Site supervision in terms of multinational workforce, mobilize material as well as subcontractor’s personnel as required.• Prepare the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for Painting/Blasting activity (ITP) and to send for ADMA-OPCO review.• Prepare the Task Risk Assessment (TRA) of Painting/Blasting activity and to sent it for ADMA-OPCO review.• Calculate the Area of material to be painted and to make the Delivery notes as per LPR.• Check the Environmental Conditions, Surface profile check, Salt contamination Test and DFT check (as per ADMA Painting Manual) during the Painting/Blasting activity.• Site Supervision of Painting & Blasting Crew.• Obtain approval from the ADMA –OPCO site representative prior to every inspection activity.• Prepare the RFI as per the Project ITP and liaise with the ADMA-OPCO Site representative for Final Inspection.
