Business Analyst
Current• Identify business problems and propose potential solutions to those problems.• Conduct workshops & interviews with stakeholders to identify, gather and document requirements.• Work with technical architect to determine a feasible solution to a business problem.• Document functional requirement specifications, interfaces and processes and obtain client sign-off• Write functional test cases and scenarios, perform testing, facilitate UAT and testing sign-off• Create as-is process flows and target state processes, mapping specs & perform gap analysis.• Product backlog management and prioritization.• Create user story maps, write user stories detailing user requirements with the acceptance criteria.• Create wireframes using Balsamiq and process/data data flow diagrams using Visio.• Test Case development, facilitate QA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).• Facilitate Scrum events.• Release management – release planning, scheduling and communication.
