• Implemented (deployment, train, monitor and analyse) Maintenance Tool(MT) Ecosystem for WS Qatar which targets to cultivate CI culture by digitization of maintenance protocols and optimizing equipment TAT.• Spearheaded campaigns to improve compliance rate of CMMS (Computerised maintenance management system) from 26% to 88% in 5 months. This is the key quality input to drive CoSD and reliability analysis. • Led Process improvement lean line projects such as maintenance line optimization, PM tool kitting, Oil sampling process implementation, LOTO & PTW implementation to decrease the Turn Around time (TAT) by applying Lean and DMAIC principles.• Implementation of Maintenance Bulletin(MB) on technical equipment to improve product reliability. MB compliance rate surged from 83.5% to 92%.• Lead field failure investigations for equipment related service quality incidents which led to red money/NPT and projected RCA with explicit preventative and mitigation measures. • Technical support for Mechanical and Electrical systems of stimulation, cementing and coil tubing equipment during operations to reduce NPT.• Developed critical spares kits to reduce NPT related issues by analysing failure probability and redundancy in system.• Implementation of QAQC process and Preventive Maintenance protocols for Acid and nitrogen tanks.• Supervision of maintenance schedule and hands-on maintenance experience of key asset components such as Diesel engines, transmissions and pumps (Reciprocating, centrifugal and gear)• Driving equipment modification and Non-Standard equipment project requests to facilitate improving equipment functionality and operational requirements.• Cross functional support with SC and finance teams to reduce Turn Around Time (TAT) of assets and increase asset availability.• Client support for maintenance and reliability issues of equipment (frequent visits to Offshore/land rigs and stimulation vessels)
