Make SSIM excel file for CX/KA with interline code share flights(for CA,LA,JL and WS carrier) and update aircraft , date, time, capacity, flight schedules etc in INVENTORY system. Change passengers original or destination bookings and give them on CX/KA carrier or other carrier if flights delay. Efficiently handle responsibility of preparing monthly stats report in MS Excel by collecting the data of tkts issued and reissued, fare, delay flights, number of bookings etc for monthly review & presentation of the report. Also do Quality Check on daily basis. Handled queries from the ground staff of various Airports through out country for endorsement on the ticket or for wrong upliftment of coupon. Responsible for smooth functioning of day to day shift, handling queries of the junior staff & allocating them work.(B) Department : Interline Electronic Ticketing Handling Mails & Telexes. Update flight coupons. Attend interline partners document & coupon control procedure. Solve ticketing queries. Revalidation of E-Tickets.
