I have worked as an intern in the HR department where I got skills of making payrolls, organizing job fairs, and giving consideration to compensation of the employee. As an asset, I know Accounting, legislation, and staffing organizations which will help me to give outstanding performance in the HR field.I think my personality is good fit for HR-related works because I have time management, computing skills. Moreover, I have 6 months experience of working as an HR administrator assistant in India. I have no personality traits that make me reluctant to participate in social activities so I think as an HR manger meeting new people and communicating with them will not be a cumbersome process for me.
