Branch Business :• Managing business development activities for entailing mapping of new market segments and developing them for attainment of periodical targets.• Responsible for enhancing bank’s SME space in local market. • Guiding CMS officials to pursue existing and standalone clients for availing CMS facilities by fine tuning/negotiating pricing .• To get deals for dividend from large corporate groups/listed companiesCredit• Accountable for sanctioning of all SME and Agriculture cases up to Rs 1 Cr . • Monitoring of Agriculture and MSME Credit Portfolio of the Branch . • Ensure proper client selection, exposure norms, business viability etc. at the time of processing credit proposals received from the branches.• Sourcing of advances of large corporate groups with ticket size of Rs 10 Cr +• Authorization of disbursements on compliance of conditions and documentation.• Post sanctions Monitoring, Collection and Recovery.• Trigger events on defaults and approach concerned authority for initiating legal steps to ensure recovery,• MIS – Timely and accurate preparation of all returns both internal and regulatory and Monthly Control Returns NPA Management and Recovery • Follow up and Managing SMA, FTNPA, NPA accounts and recovery • Daily monitoring of all asset and liability of branch business • Handling an retail branch size of Rs 150Cr+ with total customer base of 15000+ (approx) People Management and Infrastructure • Developing, motivating and educating the staff members on various operational matters, and products to guide them towards successful outcomes and attainment of business objectives. • Manpower planning and performance appraisal• Ensure full team is committed and customer focused in their approach,(not required) Compliance• Adhere to regulatory compliance and banks policies and procedures• Ensure compliance of audit remarks at Branches

• Managing the entire gamut of banking/ branch operations spanning from inward/outward clearing to finalization of all books of accounts (saving/ current/ term).• Handling the monitoring of suspense accounts and reporting large cash transaction as well as suspicious transaction at the same time being compliant with the AML guidelines. • Managing the compliance of systems and procedures of retail banking to achievecustomer centric banking operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. • Managing sales & marketing operations • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
