Researched in Cell 3DP Project at CERLAB under Prof. Kenji Shimada.• Transformed the 3D liner solid model using Autodesk Meshmixer and then generated lattice porous structured with a variation of dense and sparse distance in between them. • Created Lattice structure from the given scanned solid 3D model using Autodesk fusion 360 and performed static study simulation to understand normal stress and strain behavior in both variations.• Based on the same design principle and methodology I created lattice structured NFL Helmet liner and GE jet engine bracket with weight reduction of 74.5%.
