(SME & PBD) BRANCHDuties and Responsibilities:Overall management of SME, Business Loans, Bank Assurance & PBD target for the branchGenerate & Assistance quality business in the Branch (SME& PBD),Advise, coordinate & support branches for meeting the required objective assigned by DM,Develop and maintain bank revenue goal, CSM backup and peer auditor when required,Provide quality services to banking customers SME & PBD,Handling various issues for clients in their daily business activities in accordance with Bank’s policies,Handle the audit, compliance and routine procedural requirements,Co-ordinate & follow up with key partners and maintain good working relationship with Central Operations, Credit operations, Card Centre, Credit , IT and Service quality departments in accordance with services issues & business development regarding the client’s needs,Ensure adherence to Bank policies, ethics & code of conduct,Ensure approvals are in place prior to processing transactions,Analyzing, drafting financial statements in order to ascertain the financial standing of companies and proposing the same for SME facilities,Visit HNW customers with BM & CSM and prepare Business Verification Report(BVR) for their business proposals,Monitoring & Ensuring the HNW client’s portfolio, makes full utilization of the facilities availed from the bank through cross sell,To ensure all external and internal complaints are logged in Complaints Management System.

Handling sales of Business loans, Islamic finance and Bank Assurance,Identifying potential companies through the analysis of its documents arriving at its eligibility and preparing financial plans to suit the requirement,Developing and maintaining long term relationship with the customers thereby widening the scope of reference sale,Preparing daily sales reports, analyzing it and designing future plans accordingly.

Handling sales of Personal loans, Credit Cards and Bank Assurance,Identifying potential companies through the analysis of its documents arriving at its eligibility and preparing financial plans to suit the requirement,Developing and maintaining long term relationship with the customers thereby widening the scope of reference sale,Preparing daily sales reports, analyzing it and designing future plans accordingly.

Looking after customer service, branch banking, extn counterLeading the Sales Executive teams who are working as outsource.Looking out the CASA target, Asset desk(loans),generating leads for FOREX,NRI a/c etcWorking closely with Territory and Branch managers to develop and deliver innovative programs to enhance brand recognition.Servicing the existing customer base and expanding it by handling renewals and customer complaints.Providing information to superiors by way of reports and through unit meets.Tracking competitor activity.
