Currently, I am doing my postdoctoral research at one of the top-ranked universities in the world. I am working on two topics here. The first one is related to the prediction of the deflection behaviour of concrete slabs subjected to blast loading using machine learning. As part of this, I am conducting an experimental investigation as well as a parametric study using ABAQUS software for understanding the influence of different parameters in causing the final deflection. In addition to this, we are developing new innovative models for predicting the deflection of concrete slabs subjected to blast loading using machine learning. The second research is related to the thermal analysis of large-scale 3D-printed concrete walls. The effect of material and geometric configuration on the final fire resistance of 3D printed concrete wall is evaluated using large-scale specimens as part of this research work.

I was working as an assistant professor in the department of civil engineering at Muthoot Institute of Science and Technology (MITS). MITS is a ten-year-old engineering college affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. This institution consistently maintains its rank in the top three positions in the state. I was involved in teaching UG students and guiding them in their projects. I also had the responsibility of executing consultancy and research projects in the department.
