 Played a significant role in assembly and erection of Special Purpose welding Machine adhering to schedule, budgets and design. Carried out multiple projects like Welding positioners and manipulators, Axle welding machines and submerged arc welding machines  Preplanning with the technical heads like Marketing, Design, Quality and Customer Support. Preparing project schedule based on the Machine Fabrication & Assembly. Preplanning 4M based on project schedule. Allocating and monitoring daily assembly targets and guidelines for each skilled operator  Daily update the Production Status report and submitting reports to superiors. Supervising the plant with sole aim of Quality, Production and Cost control in all process. Machine cost & Man hour cost reporting to management on ERP. Co-ordination across departments for material status. Attending bi-weekly sub-contractor meeting to ensure timely project completion  Prepare the checklist as per the Purchase Order and inspect the machine. Conducting trial runs and checking for machines at works. Co-ordination with the Customer for Machine inspection. Dispatch of machines as per customer Purchase Order. Maintaining the general shop floor discipline and housekeeping. Ensuring safety precautions
