1-Responsible for proto type building of construction equipment like -safe crane, hydra, backhoe loader & compactor assembly .2-To capture product defect during the process of proto building & handshake with design process and quality ensure product improvement.3-Coordinating design team for vehicle development and BOM verification .4-To prepare the build plan contains details such as build sequence, build phases considering validation & regulator test requirement and deliver the proto machines for pilot hall and production.5-Responsible for new product development .6-Responsible for taking trials of NPD parts.7-Daily work management & manpower allotment.8-Proper product compliance document proto build plan, control plan & proto related all document sign off.9-Process & document knowledge of SOP, BOM , FFR, FRF, ORC, PDI etc.10-Achieving zero accident & daily conducting safety & PPE audit.11-Perform under the CI (Safety, Quality, Delivery ,Cost , Moral).12-Developing facilities for proto shop & ensure ‘5’ S maintain.13-Manpower handling, problem solving.
