Overall:*Continuously improve Time & Expense products & it's corresponding services by seeking and responding to user feedback, usage data, competitive actions, new technologies to ensure we are creating the best possible experience for our users and stakeholders.*Orchestrate the development and execution of squad product road-maps from start to finish (example: set vision, develop OKRs / metrics, evaluate technology, prioritize among options, manage vendors).*With other squad members bring the knowledge of users, their problems and key stakeholder desires to deliver the right product.*Prioritize and maintain the backlog with the squad on a regular basis to provide the right level of detail at the right time (i.e author user stories and define acceptance criteria)*Translate quarterly goals and themes and actionable backlog items.*Provide alignment to cross functional teams (technology, design, business stakeholders, agencies) to develop and successfully implement new products and functionalities (example: run technology evaluations, prioritize and make trade-off decisions lead technical teams to build solutions).*Represent the squad with C-level leadership.*Lead definition of key metrics for value, efficiency, and health and use these metrics to inform work that will drive customer value and the way squad works.Planning, Prioritizing:*Work closely with the Tribe lead to internalize the strategy and translate into a road-map for the squad and it’s products.*Develop and monitor budgets and work to secure funding for my products.*Remove impediments.*Accept / Reject user stories (with squad input).*Monitor and adapt the strategy, priorities and focus of the squad together with the squad.*Apply and continuously improve an Agile way of working within the squad.*Collaborate with the tribe coach and scrum master to translate agile concepts into a squad culture and mindset.

Work Profile:• Administer, configure, roll-out & maintain Infor Global Time & Expense System’s officially known as ‘MyTime&Expense’ from end-end project perspective for firm offices worldwide.• Manage information systems & projects associated with Initiating , Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Control and Closure• Analyzing and assessing business requirements & mapping them to the capabilities of our application in alignment to firm source systems.• Vendor management [Infor , Amex , Kwiktag] through resolution of issues within or outside of interfaces.• Manage critical application path & coordinate resolution of issues through project compression techniques.• Identify solutions, present to business heads and own through implementation.• Contribute in development & maintenances of organizational process assets such as firm knowledge base & lessons learned documentation• Measure application performance through reporting, performance mgmt. tools as required by internal clients (Local offices, Firm departments & Stake holders).• Subject Matter Expert in functional areas to analyze current processes and make recommendations for system improvements that enhance productivity, improve quality, and increase efficiency of the Global teams. • Work closely with and / or provide system support to the following groups:*McKinsey Shared Service Centers *Global Finance & Accounting Teams*External & Internal ITS Teams
