-Managing all Priority Banking Branch Customers-Handling processing of Insurance & Investment, CIPS/ BIPS-Involved in Account Opening Process of:•Resident account that is Salary account, Family Account, SB Account, Funding and Closure of accounts and Modificationrequests that is Name Addition, AccountClosure/ SDU activities.•NR account opening-NRE/NRO (Preferred & Priority)•Processing of Current accounts & Business Saver accounts•Processing of DEMAT (PIS-3 in 1 accounts).•FD/ 2 in 1 Processing and Creation and Funding-Responsible for the modifications in customer's account (non-financial transactions), open account, conversion of resident account to NRI account, Sole to joint, Name addition, modification and deletion, Nominee addition, POA/ Signatory Addition, Signature update of clients etc.-Playing a key role in branch management activities including attending to Stakeholders queries and account openings, fd creations/ fd reissuance, insurance/investment special cases, handing over original property documents to customers on a rotational basis.

-Approve/authorize transactions, vouchers, etc. as per Delegated authority.-Accountable for the day to day smooth & error free functioning of the functions / duties associated with Branch Operations, Customer Service, and Branch Administration.-To take responsibility of coaching & training all staff in the branch about relevant subjects, processes, regulations, etc-Ensure strong monitoring of all transaction in the branch & maintain MIS for the branch.-Looks after clearing (Limex) of branch.-Checking of vouchers-Responsible for implementation of process, policies as per guidelines & audit rating of the branch-Handling of safe custody-Key register updation.-Review Branch reports like MOD (Morningof day) EOD (End Of Day) cash position report, Instruments issued etc-Managing branch for internal and external audits.

-Working as Head cashier of branch.-Managing Cash of branch within the limit.-Handling of lockers in branch.-Handling and solving customer's queries.-Responsibility of Back up - Teller Service Manager.-Daily reconciliation of stock (debit cards, cheque book, debit pins, pay order's, demand draft etc.)-Effective and efficient customer services Handling financial transactions, internal transfers, Cash deposits and cash withdrawals. Accepting instructions for RTGS/NEFT Demand draft/pay order instructions accepting and processing-Accepting instructions for FD breaks Where relevant, identify prospects for cross-selling from observation of customer transactions and highlight the same to sales staff.-Ensuring the smooth running of basic banking transactions.
