Outbound B2B Sales- Given responsibility of achieving annual sales goals (obtained 4 years in a row 2019-2023)- Daily focus on generating new business while strengthening new and existing relationships- Daily cold calling, emails, in person walk ins, networking events and social media to fill the pipeline - Create pricing sheets, proposal and any other items requested to present - Onsite walk-throughs to understand client pain/needs, obtain scope of work and create strategies to solve any previous challenges- Deliver effective presentations, handling objections and onboarding new clients- Constant touchpoints with clients for quality control and to keep open communicationOperations - Procurement and Event Management- Procuring contractors, onboarding and training them with our technology, standards and onsite performance- Dispatching all team members and contractors during winter events- Monitoring quality control, dispatch and on-site performance/client needs to be completed and signing off at job-site completion- Recording data of start/finish time while monitoring quality of work via pictures/videos- Reporting all hours of up to 500 contractors on up to 250 job sites to accounting for immediate invoicing- Handling all customer calls/complaints immediately, handling and communicating back the time frame the solution will be completed within- Client touch points throughout the season to see if there is any room for improvement on our part and to keep communication open
