Interacting with the officials of potential clients and negotiating for favorable terms and closing the contract.Generating database of potential clients from various sources, and following up with them to effect conversion.Organizing various promotional events and campaigns to enhance sales.Represent Company in various Trade shows.Giving Demonstrations/Trials for the products to the prospects/clients.Responding to various issues and queries raised by customers in person, through phone and via email.Maintain long term relations with existing and previous accounts for repeat business.Handling commercial tasks such as preparation of tenders and commercial offers, raising of invoices and bills and following up with clients to receive payment in time.Identifying and supervising Agents/Business Representatives for business tie-ups to promote company's products.Gather market intelligence and be aware of competitors' products.
