Responsibilities: First Point of Contact for all application-related issues in the Production Environment. Provide proactive application monitoring support for critical retail web applications. Respond to critical Production batch failures and restore normal operations.  Rectify issues and restore normal un-interrupted service for customers.  Provide Verification/Validation support during the Production environment and Infrastructure deployments. Perform Application and Database health checks on a regular basis for mission-critical web applications.  Monitor alerts and provide appropriate responses to alerts keeping key stakeholders informed on the status of the alerts, action steps taken, action steps in progress to resolve and close production issues reported on time. Incident Management - Includes driving the High severity calls (P1 calls), updating the Technicians and Stakeholders, follow up with the Technician for the root cause. Problem Management - Working on the problems, resulting in the reduction of the top ten issues in the project
