As a Product Designer, I focused on the development of "Mini Brewmac", a revolutionary portable bartending AI machine. My role encompassed involvement in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial ideation to production, focusing on achieving optimal functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.Secondly, I lead the product development cycle for "BM Extension", an addition to any "Brewmac" machine which enables the primary machine to use upto 6 ingredients more within the same setup and outlet nozzle. Development, prototype and production ready model was achieved. Expertise in Sheet Metal helped fasten the development process and provided Design for Assembly.Thirdly, I have been involved in introducing the products to a business as well as consumer crowd at a hospitality events, International Hospitality Expo 2022 and AAHAR 2023. Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, I collaborated and translated ideas into tangible designs, employing mood boards, sketching, CAD designing, 3D printing and renders to visualize and refine concepts. My proficiency in Design for Assembly (DFA) principles ensured efficient manufacturability, while my hands-on experience with sheet metal design facilitated the realization of the final product.Fourthly, I spearheaded the setup and optimization of production lines, enhancing scalability and streamlining manufacturing processes for both the Brewmac Mini and the existing "Brewmac" product line. As an intern, my focus was on CAD Designing and sheet metal. I worked on developing modular exterior panels for "Oxypod", a personal wellness oxygen chamber. By the end of the internship, mutiple renders and concepts of the panels were achieved and one panel was developed into a physical protoype by using my Sheet metal experience.

Calculated, modeled and simulated rear suspension knuckles and a tubular chassis that could tackle high speed manouevers. Developed an engine intake manifold which led to an improvement in improving low end performace and responsiveness. This involved a detailed study of engine parameters and airflow patterns along with apt material selection.Using CAD to model the race car for running virtual tests.Surfacing by hand on foam used for moulds to manufacture fiberglass body panels.
